However, nearly all of them do exactly the opposite: They stimulate the body to release toxic byproducts stored in fat, organs, and other tissues. The result is that these substances are dumped back into the active metabolism. The body, then, is placed under a great deal of toxic stress, even to the point of toxic shock. This poses quite a problem, for the body has stored these substances for a very specific reason: It has been incapable of eliminating the substances without causing signficant damage. Therefore, the short cut "quick fix" methods to detoxify the body can actually be quite dangerous, and the natural and comprehensive methods can require alot of attention, hard work, and anywhere from six months to three years to accomplish, and are often accompanied by uncomfortable symptoms as the body cleanses itself. You can also use my cleansing tea for internal detoxing. It is safe for children and adults and will never release too many toxins into your system. You can use it as much as you like or just once or twice a year to cleanse. Our skin is quite an amazing organ and our bodies use the skin to take in elements just as much as to pass toxins out of our systems. As the drug companies have discovered, they now use skin patches to administer their drugs into our bodies. Such convenience! But to what and who's cost? There are no accountabilities councils monitoring the effects of these drugs. It is only when someone has been seriously injured or died that anything happens, again it MIGHT be looked into for causes and compensation to the injured or their families. One of my most used herb books for simple herbs is called Health through God's Pharmacy, by Maria Treben. She demonstrates just how simple it is to use a single herb to do the most incredible things to heal from the smallest illnesses to very dangerous illnesses. I recommend her book as one to have on hand in your library. Now take it easy on what you think you have to have in books on healing with nature. Just keep it simple because just as there are thousands of foods on grocery shelves so is there thousands of books out there on any and all subjects concerning herbs and ways to heal oneself. What I am offering you here is the reality that it does not take complex and multimega doses or changes to your life to make all the right moves to heal. It truly can be as simple as cleansing your internal systems and bathing to cleanse your skin and then simply adding a few things to your daily routine that you may not have known about. It may be true in some cases that it will take extra work or a few extra steps, but truly once you do take a look at some of the books out there it will boggle your mind as to why it would be necessary to do some of what they are telling you to do. Plus, you can spend a fortune on trying to find the right book to cover all your needs. If you keep your body clean inside and out, it's not likely you will come down with anything very often or serious, because your immune system will be strong enough to fight it off. But with the knowledge you are gaining here you will be able to simply add a tea or herbal anti-biotic as the ones I carry and assist your immune system if it is impaired, to combat the illness. One thing I discovered during my daughters illness when she was 5 was that the doctors were refusing to give my daughter their chemical antibiotic for children because it had been established that their drugs were causing childrens' bodies to build defenses and antibodies against their drugs. In other words their drugs were becoming useless because of the incredible power our bodies have to fight against foreign bodies contaminating our systems. There truly is no greater joy than to watch someone discover they can become completely well by simply using plants even from their own lawns to recover. Thank you Nicolette, I truly love your lotion.*** 05-10-06 HOW TO MAKE COLLOIDAL SILVERWritten by Nicolette Nardi, 12/2001 Revised 11/2003 Or buy a superior product which includes oxygen You will need three 9-volt batteries, Two speaker wires with an alligator clip at each end, aprox. 9 inches long. One Canadian Maple Leaf silver dollar coin, A glass jar 8 oz or larger Fresh or distilled water (Not bought in thin plastic containers, because the distilled water will draw the formaldehyde out of the plastic) The water must be made by a distiller or just use filtered water. You do need some mineral in the water in order for an electric charge to take place. So most of the water can be distilled and a small part should be filtered water for the mineral content. As in the explanation letter by Dr. Beck do not add any salt. You will need to pound the silver dollar down in order to be able to cut it in half, because you will need two pieces. Start with an 8 to 10 oz jar of water. Clip one alligator clip to each of the pieces of silver so that the clip is vertical and the silver piece is horizontal i.e. the clip should go in this direction: === and the silver piece should be standing up right like this: | | They will look like this: |_|___ Now you will need to snap the three 9 volt batteries together by placing two of them side by side with a positive pole facing the other one with the negative pole. Now turn over the third battery and place on top of the other two so you can snap them together. You should now have a pyramid shape with a positive and negative post exposed. (Be sure to disconnect the batteries from each other when you are done, to save them. They will last longer this way) Clip the other ends of the wires to the batteries and place the silver pieces in the water, making sure the wires and clips are not touching the water and that the silver pieces are not touching each other either. If there are enough minerals in the water you will see in moments a white milky stream of silver flaking off of the silver pieces. This will cloud the water a little but this is the way it should look. Now once the flaking begins, you need to begin timing it. So for an 8 to 10 oz jar of water you should time it 3 minutes, for 3 ppms, or 5 minutes, per 5 ppms or 10 minutes, for 10 ppms. You do not need any more than 10' to be affective against most if not all-viral or bacterial infections. Be sure to read all the material I have included with this training. A 8 to 10 oz jar can be drank in one day so you won't have to be concerned on how to store it, but if you want to make a larger container you will need to cover the jar with a towel to keep out the light. As you will have read in the other material, light will affect the Colloidal Silver and must be avoided. A larger batch can be kept up to 10 days but after that point it is no longer affective and should be discarded. Although if there is sediment in the bottom you can dry this out by just letting it sit in the air and the water will evaporate while the silver sediment will remain. This sediment can be mixed with a little olive oil and used as a topical antibiotic of open wounds or burns and other such surface wounds. Do not use this internally only externally. Now to make a larger batch, just adjust the time to fit the size of jar and amount of water your using. I.e. 8 to 10 oz equals 3 minutes for 3 ppms, and 5 minutes for 5 ppms and 10 minutes for 10 ppms, so 16 to 20 oz's would be double that. I.e. 6 minutes for 3 ppms and 10 minutes for 5 ppms and 20 minutes for 10 ppms, and so on. If you need help with this part of the program, feel free to contact me and I'll be glad to assist. The silver pieces will become dirty so just wash off the sediment with water. Be sure to read all the material before you attempt to make this. It will make much more sense after you have read it and if needs be re-read it until you do understand. And be sure to drink plenty of water to wash out the die off that will occur. You can drink a small amount of the Colloidal Silver water to start with and increase as you go along if you need to. In other words if your illness is not responding to the amount your using, increase it until the illness does respond. But you really shouldn't need more that 8 to 16 oz's a day. That should be enough to kill off any illness you have. If you do find it does not, it is safe to increase the amount you intake. Just do it slowly as to not over whelm your system. This water is safe for children as well, just use in smaller doses and monitor the usage in case of irritations. Modern research has discovered that acidophilus kills the harmful bacteria strain of E. coli in the intestinal tract. Acidophilus breaks milk sugar down into lactic acid. Bacteria which produce putrefaction and gas in the intestines cannot live in lactic acid. Acidophilus also has the unique ability to help the body synthesize, or manufacture all of the 'B' vitamins in the system. This makes it especially valuable since there is literally a host of agents which destroy B vitamins. A few are antibiotics, birth control pills, eating sugar and refined foods and drinking coffee. A diet high in red meat will destroy the beneficial bacteria, due to the concentration of antibiotics and steroids given to the animals before they are slaughtered. Natures way to make acidophilus How to Sprout: Place a ½ cup of soft wheat berries, (can be found in bulk at a health food store or at a winco/raleys grocers) place them in a ½ gallon (64 oz) jar and cover with water to 1" from the top. Cover the jar with a piece of nylon or cheesecloth (the berries must be able to breathe) and let sit 10 to 12 hours or over night. Then pour off the water and rinse the berries well. Keep the berries in the jar and cover with the cloth. Let this sit for three days. You must rinse the berries at least two times a day. On the third day look to see how the sprouts are doing, is it about ? long? By this time it should be at least that long. Now you can use this in a salad or make a Rejuvelac or use them in a soup or any other way you might know. Rejuvelac: * Mix or chop the 3 day old sprouts in a blender filled with about 3 cups of water. The chop should break open the sprouts, not blend them to a paste. (About 10 seconds) Pour the mix above into a ½ gallon jar and fill the jar with water and let it sit for three days in a shady spot at approximately 65 to 75 degrees Fahrenheit. (On a counter wrapped with a towel is fine). Stirring this mix once every hour or so to activate fermentation. (The more you stir the better the mix will taste) (It should taste like a light lemon or sauerkraut). (The differences in taste have to do with variances in the temperature and the frequency of stirring. Smell your Rejuvelac before you drink it. It may take you a couple of trials to establish the right location and technique. Every environment is unique. If your Rejuvelac smells bad or does not have the characteristic taste, then something is wrong. Let your nose and tongue be your guide. If it doesn't ferment, discard it and try again.) Drain the water into a container and keep the wheat berries. The drained water is your Rejuvelac. Let the wheat berries breath for a few hours then you can use them again. Strain the mixture if you need to and store in refrigerator. When refrigerated, Rejuvelac lasts two weeks, or longer. Just keep in a jar with a tight lid and release the pressure once in a while. To start using this drink , drink only one cup a day for a week then increase to two cups a day. This mix restores the enzymes back into your intestinal track. It's well worth the little bit of time it takes to make. You can buy a dry pill or other forms of acidophilus but the only way I suggest using nutritional supplements is to use liquid products such as our Paradophilus [See Paradophilus Testimonies and Video]or make your own liquid products because the delivery system is completely different and a pill or powder or such must be broken down in the stomach and intestinal track. The best form is liquid because it goes directly into your body without having to be broken down. This allows your body to be resting while absorbing the nutrition it needs to heal and function far better. There’s a bad rap going around the net and through Dr's offices claiming Coltsfoot is very bad, but you know not one of them making these claims will answer my questions as to where they are getting their info. Do they have any scientific evidence to prove their claims? NO, not one of them has produced a single shred of evidence. Do your research it may save your child's life! PANIC – ANXIETY – AGORAPHOBIA – PHOBIAS The bottom line of any of the above illnesses is developed with an avoidance pattern. We all suffer from fear more frankly its called “Fight or Flight” response to stimuli, any stimuli in fact, whither it be positive or negative. When we experience stimuli such as excitement at a ball game or trauma from a car accident we will have an adrenalin rush that causes our thoughts to react which in turn causes our body to react. If the stimulus is positive we experience the adrenalin rush that translate into joy, laughter or exhilaration. Our heart will beat faster even our knees will feel weak but its all good because we are associating it to a happy experience. But if the stimulus is negative then those same feelings and same adrenalin rush become frightening thoughts and physical reactions, hence the fight or flight. Whither the experience is real or imaginary your mind still responds the same sending signals to your nerves system to either fight or flight. For someone that reacts in the flight response they will develop an avoidance pattern that can lead to a complete home bound lifestyle. It is vital to understand this fact in order to protect yourself or someone else from developing this avoidance pattern because it can cause a person to not leave their home because of the fear and anxiety it causes in them, even if they just think about it, it can and will trigger a panic attack. There are things you can do to help yourself relax and relearn how to break this pattern of avoidance. If you will curb junk foods and white flour, white sugars, sodas and eat more fresh fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds and drinking half of your body weight in ounces of water daily, you will eliminate half or more of the acne battle. To measure half your body weight in ounces, simply take your full body weight cut it in half and convert that to ounces i.e. 150 lbs converts to: 75 ounces of fluid, which is just over a half a gallon of water.
